The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

Our tropical oasis will be a gift to someone that’s moving to Florida. The metal work itself is just what we wanted. It is made very well with good clean cuts. We enhanced it by mounting it on a round wooden disc and added back lighting.
Love it! Very well crafted. This will last forever.

We live in a small retirement community in rural Arizona. In the winter months hundreds of residents return, so getting to know everyone's names is difficult. Many of us put up some kind of signage with our names to help the memory! Although we live in the desert, we do have palm trees and we are always in flip-flops, so I opted to reflect our "island" with the flip flop monogram. Thank you, it is awesome!
We purchased the 30” Tropical Oasis to hang out in our lanai by our pool. It is crafted of heavy gauge metal and looks great! The only thing that could be of concern in the future is the final paint coat could have been a little heavier to give the metal more protection from potential rust.
I bought two signs - mostly b/c I couldn’t decide which one I liked better, plus the 2nd was 1/2 off. I received them both in a very timely manner - unfortunately even though they were packaged very well one was damaged. I took pics of the bent sign and emailed them. They immediately got back with me, and w/out any further questions they told me my 2nd sign was already in production, and would be mailed to me ASAP. I haven’t received it yet, but I know I’m gonna love it. I’m fact everyone who sees my 1st sign hanging wants to know where I got it!!! I am so impressed with this company and their products, and how they stand behind their work!!
We hated our front gate and got a very expensive (thousands of dollars) estimate to redo it and and add the address. With a little black paint and a great looking address monogram from Realsteel we were thousands of dollars ahead and thrilled with the result!
