The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

Was so excited to get our sign
It is great quality thick metal because I was afraid it was going to be super thin when I ordered it . It was packaged very well and arrived with no damage
The words look great, however the bottom of one side of the sign the black is completely gone!
We ordered a sign for my husband’s new business. It is beautiful. We had a question about a small mark on it and the company was great to work with and made it good. We will definitely order again from Real Steel!!

Ordered this for a friend that has an old round body Chevy truck. I requested the deer be replaced with an old truck. I had search their entire website, and the only truck on there was the exact look I wanted. I assumed that design would be entered into my order I received my item without any prior contact regarding my design so that I could okay the truck that was inserted. I was very disappointed, it ooked like a square toy truck. I reached out to customer service and was told I would have pay an additional $50 to have it redone. I let them know that was very disappointing and that I should have been sent the design prior to shipment, and was informed that is not their policy.
