We want you to love your RealSteel Center brand décor! The RealSteel team is committed to delivering the highest quality pieces in the industry. We back our items with a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee of Satisfaction (exception: Personalized Monograms).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it within 30 days and we'll exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. All products are guaranteed from defects for 5 years from the date of shipment.

Please note: Any items that are customized (Personalized Monograms) cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. We do accept cancellations if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your custom order. After 24 hours, we can accommodate changes within a limited timespan of placing your order.
