Our goal here at RealSteel Center is to offer you the best shipping experience possible! Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

My Tree of Life is the most amazing piece in my home. I don’t know why I waited so long. Do not hesitate to order an American product from this company! I’m ordering my Christmas presents now!
We redesigned our front yard garden leaving a large wall on one side of the house totally bare and in need of an accent piece. After weeks of searching we discovered RealSteel and their fantastic selection of products. The Tree Of Life was a unique decorative solution to our problem. Couldn't be more pleased.
The tree itself is beautiful, but tips were bent and we had to use touch-up paint on it. Also we purchased the anchor. It also required touch- up. Quality control?
We recently bought two pieces of artwork. One piece for the outside, front of our home and one for the inside. We are so happy with both pieces and they bring beauty to our home! This company is highly recommended!!!
Added much beauty to our outdoor covered deck
