We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

This was a birthday gift for my grandson who just turned 10. He loves to fish, swim, and play games on his electronic devices. I like to encourage his first two loves. When he opened the package, a smile beamed from ear to ear! My husband and I received non-solicited hugs and Thank Yous! Ben even planned where to hang it in his room with his fishing pole so that it looks like the bass is getting caught. I want to thank Realsteel for creating an item of the highest quality that will last Ben's lifetime (at least)!!!
