Although the metal eagle and the colors were vibrant, it was not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and received a request for a picture of what we received, I received a tracking number almost 2 weeks ago, still nothing showing shipped with that number and the last couple emails I sent for updates have gone without reply. Disappointing and still waiting for the correct item so I can install it at my business. And...we never got any sort of return label for the incorrect item to be shipped back.

Our wonderful pet parrot of 22 years was killed recently by one of our dogs. We turned our heads momentarily and he flew from the sink faucet to the ground where he was snatched up. Heartbreaking.
He is buried in a very expensive large glazed pot with a leucadendron marking his location.
