Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

I had this made for my husband for the family cemetery. Recently his mother had died and his father has been gone for a while, he said he wants to get a gate sign for the cemetery so I got him 2. He loves them .
I will be using this for my wellness center as people walk in. Everyone I've shown this to loves it! It is sturdy, looks professional and because it is all black, it will look great up against any color of wall.
It's so hard shopping for my father for Christmas. The man literally has everything, so this year I really tried to think outside the box. He has a couple different pieces of property and has names for them all. One piece of land is his favorite though and recently he but up a gate, so I thought this would be a cool gift. Boy, was I right. Not only was the quality and workmanship top notch, not to mentioned shipping was smooth and quite fast, my dad loved it!
