Whether you have a photo, drawing, diagram, or just an idea in your head—our expert designers can bring it to life in stunning, handcrafted steel. From intricate family crests to personalized ranch signs, business logos, or detailed pet portraits—if you can imagine it, we can help you create it.

📐 How Does It Work?

1. Send Us Your Idea

Email your sketch, photo, image file, or concept to:

Once we receive your idea, we’ll review it and provide you with a custom quote based on the complexity of the design and your desired size.

2. We Create Your Custom Design

After you approve the quote and submit payment, our design team gets to work—transforming your concept into a one-of-a-kind steel masterpiece.

3. Review & Approve

You’ll receive a design proof to review. Want changes? No problem! We'll revise your design until you're completely satisfied.

4. We Cut, Coat & Ship

Once you approve the final design, we’ll laser-cut it from high-quality American steel, powder coat it for long-lasting durability, and ship it straight to your door—ready to display with pride.

⚠️ Why We Limit Fully Custom Requests

At RealSteel, we're proud to deliver fast production times and exceptional service on thousands of handcrafted orders each week. To maintain this high standard, our design team focuses primarily on our extensive catalog of existing designs—which allows us to fulfill orders efficiently and consistently.

Because fully custom designs require significantly more time and coordination, we are only able to accept a limited number of custom requests at any given time.

⏳ Custom Production Timelines

  • Design & Approval Process:  Each custom piece is completely unique and tailored to your exact specifications.  While we strive to move quickly, the design approval process can take additional time—especially if revisions are needed (though that’s rare!).

  • Production Time:  Once approved, your design will enter production.  Please allow 15–20 business days for fabrication, coating, and preparation.

📐 Size Limitations

  • Maximum Design Size:  The largest we can cut is 5 feet x 10 feet.

  • Freight Shipping:  Designs over 36 inches require freight shipping, which must be paid by the customer at the time of order.
