The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

We just opened the package on May 14th, our anniversary. I got this for my husband. The outer package looked a little bent but I didn’t think to open it up and dig out the trout. Well, it was more bent than I realized. We are trying to weigh it down with heavy books, but it doesn’t seem to be helping.
Product was just a pictured, arrived well packaged. Ordered on 12/2 for “guaranteed Christmas delivery “. Order arrived Jan 3rd, customer service only explanation was, we shipped it in time UPS must be swamped.
I was sent the wrong order which included the bass instead of the jumping trout and 3 cat garden ornaments. I tried calling but went to voicemail. It was Christmas and gave to my son and he was good with the bass so I just left it at that. No issues with the product, just the wrong order.
Wouldn’t know. Haven’t received anything.
I can't wait to hang this in my vacation home. The photo on the website showed mor silver/blue and my trout is more brown, but it will work well with the colors in my home. Really captures the movement of a hard-fighting, feisty rainbow!
My son fishes in Alaska for salmon so a perfect gift for him. He loved it!
