The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

I can't wait to hang this in my vacation home. The photo on the website showed mor silver/blue and my trout is more brown, but it will work well with the colors in my home. Really captures the movement of a hard-fighting, feisty rainbow!

The trout originally was delivered by FedEx noticeably bent, After sending a number of photos showing various views of the unopened bent box and also views of the bent sculpture, Reelsteel shipped me another Jumping Rainbow Trout sculpture. It arrived in perfect condition.
My initial call to Reelsteel’s customer service was handled with the utmost courtesy. This is an awesome company, and one that I was delighted to learn is totally in and its products made the United States! I would highly recommend this company to others, and should I need another product Reelsteel makes, I would order from this company again!
