The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Production Time:
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.

This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

We currently ship within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. However, we now offer international shipping for customers willing to cover the shipping costs. We are also actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.
