The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

It was everything that I was hoping for, nicely made, quality built.
Received "my" order Dec 21st. Did not open until Christmas morning. Wrong item in box. Still awaiting what I ordered! Your work is beautiful however would really like to see what I purchased...and paid for back on Dec 3rd.
As a gift for my son and his wife they were delighted
We received Eagle monogram sign. My husband lived it. We'll made it and large enough for front of our home

The Majestic Bald Eagle Monogram is amazing. I have received a great deal of compliments, especially from family members. This house/home has been the family gathering place for many, many years. Has been in the family for 80 years or more. I am 72, and I was born in this house. The sign makes it seem more stately and has refreshed so many relatives memories of days gone by.
