Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

I loved the products online and quickly placed an order last month. There has been no communication about delivery or when I might expect my sign since the night the order was confirmed. Please contact me. I would like to know if you have shipped my sign and where it was sent. -missing sign

We received our order for our business sign for our rental unit. The craftsmanship was awesome, the order was quick and shipped in packaging the protected it; and the cost was very reasonable. I have ordered multiple signs for gifts from Realsteel and have always been very satisfied with every one I’ve received.

I bought the Oak Tree Metal Name sign as a gift. I thought it was beautiful and so did the recipient
I ordered a 24” iron sign and had it delivered to NYC address. Through no fault of RealSteel, UPS delivered the sign to the wrong address and it was, essentially, lost.
RealSteel investigated the loss and is replacing the order and reshipping it at no cost to us.
I am just completely impressed.
