Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

overall customer serrvice, i had to call 3 different times, and al 3 times gave me the run a round miss leading information, is why i called 3 different times, no apologies ...just a lady who should not be in costmer service.. will never order agian, i will find some other place where they do value their costomers!! for the amount of money I spent and to be treated like i was ...DISCUSSED!!

I was hoping for a nice Alice in Wonderland set.
I ask my daughters to buy for me for Mother’s Day. When I received I was Wowed it is bigger then I expected and heavy. Made very well. I really love it.
My friend purchased me the cat set and two pieces set of Alice in wonderland. They are really well made. Well you just can't have a partial set of Alice and Wonderland. So i ordered the second set as well as the wildlife set. I love them. However, I did find one spot on one of the cats nose where there wasn't any black it was metal. Hopefully it well not rust.
It would be nice if you had black bears, grizzly bears, animals you would see in the wild. Like at Yellowstone or Alaska.
Love those 3 Pieces in Alice in Wonderland set such as Alice, Mad Hatter and Rabbit. They are well done and I thought they are made with very thin metal when I opened and saw them I was so surprised. Thank you so much. Will deal with you again.
These are so cool! I bought the set and a Cheshire Cat to gift to various friends. As soon as it is garden season here in MN I will have pictures.

I ordered the Alice In Wonderland set. They look great and were shipped in a timely manner. I’m considering getting another set in the series.
