Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

I ordered a horse ranch sign for a Christmas present. When it arrived it was damaged. Customer service was awesome. It was 10 days before the holiday. The replaced sign arrived December 23rd in perfect condition. Thank you Real Steel and Happy New Year
I was so excited to give this as a Christmas gift to my sister’s boyfriend. They live in TN on an old farm where they have horses. He really liked it. My sister wants to put it in the house! I suggested they put it on the barn!

This sign that I had made for my brother and sister in law was absolutely stunning! When I opened it I was a little disappointed that I had it personalized for their stables, because I wanted to keep it. My mother, who is rarely impressed with anything, couldn't stop talking about it. Personally I think she wants one as well now. I ordered the black steel so it would stand out on their red barn, and everything was high quality. It has substantial weight so it will withstand or mountain winters. Delivery was timely same packaging kept it safe. This is the second time I have ordered from RealSteel and I will continue to do so in the future.
I love it getting it ready for the boss Christmas present and now waiting on the address sign i order but it is beautiful probably ordering more down the road
