The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

I had this made for my husband for our 50th wedding anniversary. Fifty years is a long time. A very, VERY long time. It warrants at least a service award.
I've purchased from RealSteel in the past and was confident in the quality & workmanship of their products. This piece did not disappoint. It was made and delivered in time for the big day. Spouse was pleased. Since we had just gotten a fire pit, already have Adirondack chairs & a view of the Blue Mountains, it is eerily appropriate. Appropriate? No, perfect.

I ordered a personalized Campfire design from Realsteel, was extremely satisfied. When I received the design, it had a small area that the paint was missing. I contacted them showing the area in question they responded quickly in getting me another design. This was a wedding gift for my son and bride. My new daughter in-law told me when she saw it, she got a teary-eyed on how much she loved it.

Personalized steel stamp cutout is beautiful and should last a long time for my outdoor signage. 5 stars! My only complaint is that it arrived with two bent triangle corners, both in the same spot on both signs all due to shipping damage. I will have to soft hammer them flat then paint them matte black as the powder coat was knocked off. The cardboard and bubble wrap is totally insufficient to protect this product during shipping.
Great quality and come quickly Just be careful not to bang it as it can chip easily if it bangs into something.
