The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

I love the dolphins monogram sign so much and we placed it outside our "landlocked" house, but one day we will use it at our dream beach house in
Port Aransas, TX. It really pops out since our house is a peach color and the sign is an aqua color which is so cool.
Beautiful workmanship, all edges are smooth.

Our friends raved about the dancing dolphins sign.
The design and look exceeded our expectations…came out beautiful…I added pic of sign on Instagram and tagged realsteel
We love our sign! We waited 3 weeks for it, and had an issue with it getting damaged in transit. I sent a pic of the damage, and it was replaced very quickly... half the time as our original shipment took to arrive. It's beautiful, and we've had non-stop compliments!
We received our real steel and hung it outside by our door at beach condo and we love it. I have sent the website to several friends who also admired it. Thank you so much for our sign.
