The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

I sent this directly to my nephew and his wife bought a new home and they are big time cat lovers.. They loved it so much that they can’t stop thanking me..
We love them! High quality products and fast shipping! The cat address plaque is too funny to our friends, because the CAT rules the household! I ordered the flamingos for the pool garden, but they look great in the front yard so that is where they are.

Just what I wanted. I was able to attach them to vinyl siding with special clips I bought that didn’t require me drilling any holes. Well made.
I absolutely love it and have received many compliments. There's no way people cannot see my address now. Tried to add a photo, but it's evidently too large.
I love cats and ordered this adorable kitty address. I asked in the comments to have the cat facing the opposite way so it looked like it was coming to my house rather than leaving, and RealSteel delivered! I was disappointed when the package arrived damaged and the tail was bent with paint flecking off when I opened it (not their fault), but when i reached out with pictures of the damage, they replaced it quickly with no questions asked. Great customer service, great product, great price. What more could I want?
