Why We Limit Fully Custom Requests
At RealSteel, we're proud to deliver fast production times and exceptional service on thousands of handcrafted orders each week. To maintain this high standard, our design team focuses primarily on our extensive catalog of existing designs—which allows us to fulfill orders efficiently and consistently.
Because fully custom designs require significantly more time and coordination, we are only able to accept a limited number of custom requests at any given time.

Custom Production Timelines
- Design & Approval Process: Each custom piece is completely unique and tailored to your exact specifications. While we strive to move quickly, the design approval process can take additional time—especially if revisions are needed (though that’s rare!).
- Production Time: Once approved, your design will enter production. Please allow 15–20 business days for fabrication, coating, and preparation.

Size Limitations
- Maximum Design Size: The largest we can cut is 5 feet x 10 feet.
- Freight Shipping: Designs over 36 inches require freight shipping, which must be paid by the customer at the time of order.
