As a small American business, we too have felt the effects of this past year. Prices for the raw steel we use to create our pieces of art have tripled. The cost of advertising that is necessary to ensure we can keep our RealSteel family of staff fully employed has risen significantly. We've even seen a trend of some of our less scrupulous competitors stealing our designs, brazenly using our images that include our products and staff as their own, even copying the look of our website in an attempt to confuse our loyal customers and take advantage of the excellent reputation we have built up over the years.
Throughout it all, it is thanks to you and the rest of our dedicated and loyal customers that we have been able to weather the storm. With dozens of team members relying on us to provide for their families, we do not take your support of our company lightly. If it wasn't for you, we would not be able to stay in business and for that we are forever grateful.
